AMCM passes Surveillance Audit

TÜV Rheinland conducts the first surveillance audit of AMCM after one year and determines the effectiveness and maturity of the quality management system.

One year after the certification of its quality management system according to ISO 9001, the first surveillance audit of AMCM GmbH was carried out by TÜV Rheinland. The aim of this audit was to check the effectiveness of the quality management. In many discussions the employees were able to demonstrate the effectiveness as well as the ongoing development of the system. During the whole audit the auditor could not find any nonconformity. In addition to some valuable hints for the further development of the AMCM GmbH, the auditor particularly emphasized the risk-based approach as well as the high degree and type of documentation in the AMCM. In conclusion, the auditor found a maturity level above average considering the age of the company and the quality management system.
