Beam Shaping.

AMCM offers the first industry-ready 3D printing system with the nLIGHT AFX-1200 fiber laser. Change the beam shape from the well known Gaussian beam to a larger Ring Mode, ranging from 85 µm to 210 µm, with a single or dual laser set-up. This enables you to build fine structures and bulky sections precisely and quickly by changing the beam shape in milliseconds. The laser is always in focus without complicated optics.

Plug-In Modules

Different materials require different technical approaches from direct cooled base plates up to 500 °C heating. You can change these modules based on your demand. How about e.g., a build plate reduction – all this works.

For demanding applications utilize a spot size ranging from 55 - 140 µm

Thermal Management

Power is nothing without control. The additional thermal load is managed by 3x the chilling capacity compared to standard EOS M 290.
