AMCM M 4K – THE MACHINE – for big sized applications.

The AMCM M4K, based on the EOS M 400, increases the building height to 1 m (just over 3 feet), with a machine height of "only" 3 m (just under 10 feet). All this available now with the AFX nLIGHT laser.

Thermal Management

Power is nothing without control. Additional thermal load is taken care of with 3x the chilling capacity compared to an EOS M 400.

Improved Inert Gas Flow

To guarantee the same process conditions throughout a 1 m tall build we optimized the inert gas flow of the process chamber.

Large building volume of 450 x 450 x 1,000 mm.

Powder Management

For our closed and open loop solution we rely on our partner Volkmann. If these solutions do not fit your need, we are open for a tailormade solution.
